Do You Watch Television?

You can tell I really struggled for a blog topic this month. But, hey, I do watch some television so thought it would be interesting to poll folks and see what they like to watch.

I admit, I do like some reality shows, like American Idol and Dancing With the Stars, much to my husbands derision. But my real love is the CSI shows, especially the real ones. It's exciting to learn that some of those unsolved crimes are finally solved and victims get justice. The tv series make solving crimes look so easy and we all know it's not that way in real life, but they're entertaining.

Perhaps I'm telling my age here, but I always enjoy the Antiques Roadshow, Pickers, and Pawn Stars. It reminds me of all the things I got rid of in the 1970s that would now be collectable. I have held on to a few things, things that my mother passed down to me. One prize possession is this Northwood Carnival glass bowl in the poinsettia and lattice pattern. It was my grandmother's. I wish I knew if this color is just blue or the ice blue.

Do you watch any television, and if so, what are your favorite programs?

I'm a CSI fan, too. But we know the "lab rats" don't rush around with guns. Dancing with the Stars is wonderful entertainment, and MUSIC.

Collections: Not much, but I have a double deck, never opened mint condition box of playing cards purchased from British Bridge Magazine for Diana and the prince's engagement. The cards cost $7.50 US at the time. Let's get the bidding started.
