Hi Again. I know, I know, two days in a week. What's up with the big guy? Well, since no one else was scheduled for the day, I thought I would share a very interesting article I just read on laws that affect bloggers and blogging. Since I think that readers in general might find it interesting, I figured to share with all instead of just our own author loops.

The website Directory Aviva in May of last year provided a lengthy (but well written) article on laws that affect those that create and maintain blogs. I knew its 10 months old, but I thought it might still be of interest. Go here to read the article.

I have NEVER heard of a blogger objecting to deep linking. It is actually the preferred way to link. For Pete's sake, Google brings you to individual pages!

That is a dinosaur complaint from corporations not realizing that there is no front page any more to websites. EVERY page is a landing page (why I put important information on sidebars, not on pages).

Most big bloggers hold their sites under corporations (THIS site is sheltered by a corporation). They are businesses.

Wow, that was a lot of information to process this late at night, but valuable nonetheless. Thanks for sharing. I think some of it was just plain common sense, but some of it was new to me or didn't really purtain.
